Now I realize that having long temporary memories is so important. We will regret if we just memorize something for a short period. For a real case, I felt that disadvantages for having a short temporary memories. As we know, an idioms tells us that if a knife grinded frequently, soon the knife will be sharp, but if we let it without do anything the knife is just be blunt. It’s same as our brain. We can forget the lesson if we don’t reread the material. The worst for a student maybe is when they had to have a test; they just studied about it in a night. That way of studying makes our brain work temporary. When we’ve memorized a material, we can quickly remember it and use it for the test well. But, after one day passed, I can ensure they have forgotten about the details of the lesson that they’ve studied. The method of studying in one night is bad for the students because we can easily forget again about the material.
We study and go to school to find knowledge. It’s not merely goal-ing to have a good score for each test. We have to be able mastering a lesson well. If not, we will regret if someday that materials reveal again to be asked in some test, like when I feel now. I am so regretful not studying the exact sciences for the UTUL test. I’ve said that I really want to be an architect. In the matter of fact, I’m not studying, and I also feel lazy to do everything. How can I be proper to pass this test with no ability?
When I took the test, it’s like waking my brain up after sleeping for a year. I exactly forgot everything that I’ve learnt from school; with an excuse I didn’t study the exact in college. But I shouldn’t blame this situation. I’ve done my best that I can. Just let God do the rest… I hope the result will be satisfying. AMIN! :(
